1 cup rice flour
1 cup con flour
1 cup salt
4 tspn cream of tartar
2 cups hot water
2 tspn vegetable oil
Food colouring (I prefer to use natural food colouring made from real food products)
Essential Oils (1-2 drops per ball) 

Directions: Mix all ingredients in a saucepan over a low heat (it seems really really runny to star with but it will come together - trust me) until it is all combined well and a dough consistency is reached.

Let it cool before adding colouring and essential oils. 

Store in an air tight container and adding antibacterial essential oils will prolong the life. 

Essential Oils to try: Lavender, Eucalyptus, On Guard, Geranium, Tea Tree, Wild Orange.
